Hello, I have problem starting to use react-materilize.

I installed both packages but it is not clear to me what I need to put in the HTML file.

Thank!

Hi, I got react-materialize to work but materialize-css is styled globally. Is there a way to style components from react-materialize locally? Maybe with CSS modules? I'm quite new to react
I mean I think react materialize should come equipped with this feature, and if people want their entire site just import materialize-css

@ConnectedReasoning was this resolved? I think I commented in your github issue
@Jesendapos it depends if you are using create-react-app or not. But if it's just webpack the example in the documentation should work, let me know if it doesn't :)
@ps-ykt import { Navbar } from 'react-materialize'; ?
@kanapatrick please submit an issue with a code sample maybe from http://codesandbox.io

Hi @difre87 , are you using create-react-app? can you open the console and type M enter? If it's undefined your are not loading materialize.js

hello, I have a suggestion for the navbar, define a boolean in the paramters to use the container class in the nav-wrapper element, so in this way you can use the navItem inside a div with the class container.
like <Navbar container={true} > </Navbar>
is very common to use the navItems inside a div.container

Hello, does anyone know how to turn off closeOnClick for <Select multiple> </Select>
@JasonFritsche Inside index.js, write the following:
import 'materialize-css/dist/css/materialize.min.css';
import 'materialize-css/dist/js/materialize.min.js';

Hi guys, ive just updated from react-materizlie beta, and I'm getting this error in my card:
Warning: React does not recognize the closeIcon prop on a DOM element. If you intentionally want it to appear in the DOM as a custom attribute, spell it as lowercase closeicon instead. If you accidentally passed it from a parent component, remove it from the DOM element.
and
Warning: React does not recognize the revealIcon prop on a DOM element. If you intentionally want it to appear in the DOM as a custom attribute, spell it as lowercase revealicon instead. If you accidentally passed it from a parent component, remove it from the DOM element.

Looks like the storyboard is broken? Can't seem to look at the code examples anymore. Cant find the toggle to view it.

I run into a problem that I cannot quite understand.

Here is what I got when I try to run a code snippet from the doc.

The snippet I am trying to run is a simple button. I have imported every required components from 'react-materialize'.
But it just doesn't work 😢😢.

The message says 👇
Failed to compile:
./node_modules/react-materialize/lib/Autocomplete.js
Module not found: Can't resolve 'classnames' in 'path\to\my\project\node_modules\react-materialize\lib'

I have included the cdn links to materialize.css & materialize.js in my index.html
I am not sure about what path/to/your/bundle.js means (see http://react-materialize.github.io/react-materialize/?path=/story/react-materialize--welcome)

BTW I am not even using Autocomplete.js, It seems to appear in the error message every time I run any code from the doc.

Anything I can do to fix that? Am I missing something?

@alextrastero
@katendeglory when you run npm install or similar don't you see any warnings like classnames is a peer dependency? that means you need to install it yourself
Glory Katende
@katendeglory
@alextrastero That was my bad 😪 , I've added the missing dependency and everything is working now. thanks a lot

Hello, I was wondering if a Card component's Title property could be updated so that it can accept a JSX element function return value. Example:
<Card title={() => <>Custom Title With JSX</>}>
  Body
</Card>
