@nubestra I’ve been testing Paypal pretty extensively for the last few days and have not had any problems processing payments. Are you working on the development branch?

hi, suddenly part of my product catalog disapeared !
I checked the DB and the product and hashtags seems to be OK with all data needed.
  • its happened after I changed an hashtag for a product.
  • there is no problem to enter new products
  • I tried to restart the server - still missing products
    Does anyone encountered this problem ?

when you complete the payment, ¿does it redirect you to a thankyoupage? in my case is redirecting to http://lionchipmexico.com/paypal/done?token=XX-XXXXXXXXXXXXT&PayerID=XXXXX (changed token for security) the /paypal/done page show the loading gif and the payment never gets processed

@nubestra having the same problem, payment successful page doesn't show though the payment is processed. I set up paypal with a live account but set the item price very low for testing a purchase. When i checked on the paypal account it had processed the payment. Still looking for a solution for the payment successful page problem..

what have you researched? im researching the routes for paypal in /packages/reaction-paypal/common/router.js but have not found anything related to this problem yet, i cant find the paypalExpressReturn template, ¿might that be important? yesterday i tried creating my own paypalExpressReturn template but with no success @nicnganga @zenweasel

updating did not solve the wheel of death issue in my store, after payment is processed (never gets processed in paypal) it keep loading forever and nothing happens, any suggestion?

@nubestra @zenweasel is on the core reaction team, but he’s 14 hours ahead of the rest of us, so he’s probably going to respond later. Thanks for the info though, we’re working through the payment packages, we just added refund/capture, and are adding tests, etc trying to get them solid so this is really helpful info.

@nubestra Yes, I get the Thank You page. The only time I have seen the spinner is when I have an issue in my configuration. Are you seeing any messages in the client console?

@spencern not documented, but it’s been brought up a few times, and it’s something I’d like to add to the roadmap. you’re thinking something “intercom.io”-ish?

Haven’t used intercom, but we’re about to start building something pretty basic whereby we can notify certain users of specific events that happen. E.g. notify cust service reps if an order has any notes, notify warehouse/ops if a ‘rush’ order comes in, etc
Seems pretty straightforward, but didn’t want to reinvent the wheel if there’s something in the works

Second question:

How tested are secondary admin accounts?
We’re in the process of setting up various accounts for our warehouse and customer service staff and having trouble getting the permissions to work as expected, but not sure if it’s a bug on our end or if perhaps that part of core isn’t as tested yet.
