Is it the first time?
Sometimes package downloads can stall if you aren’t in North America
restarting them seems to fix them up without any side-effects

Yup fixed, Also I followed the configuration settings and changed the password and username however in settings.json file, but when i ran ./reaction again, it wouldn't work so i reverted back to the old default settings, why is that so?

You need to do ./reaction reset to have that take effect. It will only write that if it doesn’t exist. It doesn’t overwrite

@zenweasel why you recommend create new folder before checkout to development branch?

@valorloff I might be being a little over-cautious, but because the structure is so different

If you have everything committed yes, although I doubt your package will work

Does the delay of Meteor 1.4 mandating the move to NPM change the roadmap of RC at all?

not at the moment, we’re going to fine tune the modules as implemented, and work on features/stability,etc. we won’t be building any new atmosphere packages and will use npm packages wherever possible. We’ll continue to rely on atmosphere/meteor packaging only for “meteor” dependencies until they get that ironed out...

I guess they’ll probably be working on that for 1.5.. 1.4 did seem a little optimistic..

Yeah, this testing migration was a lot like that. A lot of “if I can just get the tests that used to pass to pass again”.
