do you guys know what might be the issue?
I used to be able to build a meteor project, now it has started to fail.

usuallly we see that error when the meteor npm install process has not completed properly
xinmit
@xinmit
Feb 16 2017 07:36
so under root folder, run meteor npm install and then run meteor build?
Brent Hoover
@zenweasel
Feb 16 2017 07:36

it worked fine yesterday, but i reinstalled a different meteor version, back and forth, might be related to some meteor issue

yeah, that’s odd. Normally if it can run, it can build

just checked out a new reaction version and run meteor build, there is the following error.

Errors prevented bundling:

@zenweasel do you know how to handle this issue?
Brent Hoover
@zenweasel
Feb 16 2017 08:08
that seems like it ran into a syntax error in the code

Brent Hoover
@zenweasel
Feb 16 2017 08:10
yeah, that’s seriously weird
We know that Reaction builds
it gets rebuilt on every commit
xinmit
@xinmit

I am new to meteor. Trying to call 'products/createProduct' from the meteor shell and getting a 403 access denied. The Reaction.hasPermission fails. how do I stop this?

why are you trying to call methods from the console?
and no, you’re not signed in if you’re running that from a server side shell

you turn them into json and put them in the data directory
