Most people replace the standard product grid with something custom

Oh, I understand, sorry I haven't started using this package yet
Well anyway a spinner/loader has to be included in the code that is sent to the client before the actually meteor rendering occurs

For one of my modifications, I am trying to say "Starting from ${priceMin}". So far I got the starting from, but how can I access only the min instead of the range? (Just to note: I don't think I would ever be using a range in this project, so maybe just stop it at the source of calculation?)

It took me too long to realize I just had to change this.price.range to this.price.min
Thank you!

Do I only need to run reaction reset -n when first created a plugin or after certain plugin updates also?

anything where you are updating the registry, e.g. when you make changes to register.js

Hi, I want to realize a project where i have a product configuration, where users can choose an individual size and colors and the price gets calculated. Then they should land in the shopping cart like usual products. I can't create every possible option in the backend beforehand. Would reaction be a suitable choice?
Or to be more precise with the core of my question: Can a plugin achieve, that products can be calculated by size without predefined prices, without breaking too much of the way reaction commerce works?

@janus-reith That is actually part of what I am attempting to do.

@partounian Interesting, I read something about priceRange above , but couldn't relate it completely. What I wonder is how it would work to the set the price when the item is put into the shopping cart. I wonder if in the current implementation items in the shopping cart can have an individual price that is not tied to the product, without the use of discounts

What do you mean not tied to the product? @janus-reith
Yes, I mentioned priceRange as I'm trying to ease my way into this project with the very simplest of changes.

By not tied I mean, that the price doesn't have to be set to something fixed in the backend, but just for the item in the cart at the moment when it is put into the cart. Maybe also more paramaters and not just the price.

Is there a reason each variant adds parameters/changes the URL? I just tried testing it out by commenting out lines 209 and 210 here, but nothing changed.

Any idea how to display the front end shop to my users? Could not find any documentation on this.

@curranabell Isn’t that what it does by default?
