that would require re-writing the back end probably, but the tech is there
the issue is quite complex, as in full text search on the social web you need to take into account the authorisations of the user making the search, and so take into account the authorisations

so searching local graphs for the moment, is very easy to do, and fits nicely the acl system.
it’s good to keep a list of these requirements and issues that need to be dealt wtih

check that there is not an issue there allready
and then I’d make it a general issues
with one answer pointing to some of the technos that could be used advantages, disadvantages, etc..
perhaps it could even point to a wiki page

main point from here is that "You must keep Solr and AllegroGraph in sync" easier said then done
but also note that all the "built in" text searches are done via sparql, so i might imagine that security is already in place here

and as a final point, the three systems I've cited, plus the sesame sail, all have a few "magic predicates" that could quite easily be abstracted to a common set
