    [David Chalkho] if we use the adapters in the old way, the Tile is 330 x 330, so we are saving about 20 mm doing it your way. 316 x 316 is the size for using the micro usb 90 degrees plugs. Apart from that there is an issue with your approach, there is no place for 2 barrel jack connectors between the adapters.

    [David Chalkho] @alexandrosm, This is the Tile "chessboard" ▼ it is 313.5 x 313.5 now. And we should find a small barrel jack connector for the place between the adapters (red ellipse) or increase the square sizes.

    [David Chalkho] @alexandrosm, I think we should continue with this lay out ▼ (316 x 316 - micro usb plugs) In terms of density they are similar. I am not in love with the zig zag pattern for a tower configuration. (looking forward for your comments)

    Yes, I did not like the asymmetry also. I just couldnt see a better option yesterday.
    Carlo, the green circles were the knurled nuts, the gap between the hole and the edge was 7mm.

    [David Chalkho] Hi @villaseca in order to determine the contour, ports location, etc for the power PCB, I will need the sizes of the main components:

    USB ports.
    Barrel jack ports.
    Voltage selectors.
    Connectors for daisy chain the power PCB
    Any other big component like the voltage regulator that needs to be taken in account.
