Peace everyone, there isn't really a library or some kind of binding for Rust that comes close to Qt, is there?

It depends on what you really need. Qt is a massive framework, close to .NET/JRE in its capabilities.
If you want such omnipotent framework in Rust, there is none.

If you want just a GUI library, there is nothing as good as Qt on Windows yet
although on other platforms gtk-rs works pretty well

I will take a look at gtk-rs.
GTK by itself is written in C so there is practically no software overhead when using gtk-rs, right?

Rust can call C code just as efficiently as C can call C code
so gtk-rs should be just as fast as working with gtk directly from C

Or if you're using Windows, use the -msvc version with Visual Studio and that has profiling that works just fine as well
