My apologies for possibly recurring question. Is there any update on removing drop flags from structures? I'm particulary interested in this. I need to wrap certain native handle, represented as int, and give it normal drop semantics. The problem arises badly when C lib returns array of such handles. In such a case, I'd prefer to simply transmute array pointer and stash it nicely inside certain wrapper type. So that array of raw handles can be simply interpreted as array of handle wrappers, with no excess allocations.

@target-san Last I heard stack drop flags were waiting for MIR support

Ah, thank you. So as I suspected everyone's waiting for MIR to drop in.
