    Any tips for quickly deploying to digitalocean?
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    csrf verification
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    @dalevross I'd use Zeit Now
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    Thanks @niallobrien.
    I turned off csrf validation during the hackation as I was having trouble identifying where to make it just be that one post request I needed.
    I’ll check out zeit for deployment, I just went with git in the end.

    @niallobrien
    @dalevross how'd the Hackathon go? What did you build?
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    I intended to build an online repository of “All the Things"
    I got tripped up by my lack of expertise in Node/Mongo development :)

    But I loved the project so much I reckon I’d take the risk and enjoy the weekend, regardless.

    Think of it as pinterest/instagram for JSON, with a front end.

    @dalevross
    It’ll hopefully be at allthething.dajengroup.com by tonight (EST)

    Anyone here with experience troubleshooting PM2?
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    Sorry @dalevross I've never had any major issue with PM2.
    Dale Ross
    @dvross-dev
    Someone pointed me here...Unitech/pm2#319
    So I'll be checking that out when I get home/
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    I think I may have found the problem with PM2 but working through Mongo learning pains.
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    Care to share?

     * Load environment variables from .env file, where API keys and passwords are configured.
     */
    dotenv.load({
      path: __dirname + '/' + '.env'
    });
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    Awesome
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    added _dirname, as it appears PM2 had a problem with the location.

    @niallobrien
    I have some forks of this repo, but in my latest fork, I'm scaling back a bit so it doesn't deviate too far from this project.
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    I tried to add authentication and ran into an issue I haven’t figured out yet.
    SCRAM-SHA-1 authentication failed for username on dbname from client 127.0.0.1 ; AuthenticationFailed SCRAM-SHA-1 authentication failed, storedKey mismatch
    Any ideas or previous experience with this error?
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    None I'm afraid. I must dig out a project I did in which I added Slack auth to Hackathon Starter - would be a nice PR.
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    I should say, I tried to add auth to the MongoDB connection string.
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    ..and now that I’m more awake, you know what I mean, I tried to increase security of my mongoDB instance, so I created a new user for my database, gave it readWrite, updated the connection string and I’m seeing that error..
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    Gotya. How are you liking the project so far?
    Dale V Ross
    @dalevross
    Prreetty awesome if I can get my mongoose/Node/pug prowess up to scratch :D
    One look and I knew it was what I’ve been dreaming of.
    Niall O'Brien
    @niallobrien
    Awesome. After fiddling with the assets for so long, I've settled on leaving the sass as is, but using Webpack to compile my es6 JS
    It also included cache busting of the JS assets for prod which is nice

    Anyone know what the method override syntax is with the new pug? What would be the pug equivalent of the ejs: <form action="/campaigns/revive/<%= revive._id %>?_method=DELETE" method="post">
    <button>Delete</button>
    </form>

    Ctrl/Cmd+click on the URL your terminal gives you once the server has started @brnzi
    @SakoMe I'm on mobile atm but try form(action='URL here' + revive._id + '?_method=DELETE', method='POST')
    And indent button Delete underneath
