Hello sbt folks, any idea while in a multi module project sbt would ignore the scalaVersion ?
Ok I got it, the scalaVersion is defined only at the root project and not for submodules. What's the idiomatic way to share settings between the root project and the submodules in a build.sbt type of build ?

define a Seq[Setting[_]] and pass it to the submodules imho

Thanks @dwijnand it worked perfectly.
testOptions in Test += Tests.Argument("-verbosity", "1") . If I do then inspect test::testOptions is empty ?

you want test:testOptions not test::testOptions, it's a Test the config vs test the task issue, unfortunately
