OpenViSUS on Gitter. Perhaps a good place for user support?

Hi all, with Giorgio we have discussed some possible direction to use existing cloud services to make it easy for people to get access to data.
There is working code to azure, amazon and gcloud. I would like to see if we can make it more user friendly both with a server and with a server less option.
I am not sure if the best communication for this is the PIDX or openvisus channel. We are going to push the paraview plugin soon. Any feedback would be appreciated now.

I just stumbled on this message, so I think I need to enable notifications. I also didn't even know we had a PIDX channel, but even knowing I suggest this channel for communication about ViSUS deployment.

I uploaded a new version of OpenVisus. Please try the TAG=1.2.170 (latest commit in temp branch).
it should solve most of the problems:

    (1) it allows you to use the C++ embedded Qt or use the python PyQt5 in case you want to create GUI widgets in python (see python configure.py vs python configure.py --use-pyqt
    (2) it's not automatically tested the version uploaded to PyPi. Please see the README (temp branch) for details.

Timo Heister (and every other) can you try? As far as I know it should be a version without any core dump....
