    @caro4p_gitlab oh wait. I am talking about the order details page. I now see that in my order list, 'paid' is grey. I don't know if this was green before, but I suppose it should be green

    I got the following product scenario: The customer can buy a ticket for a training session. So, in product detail page he / she / it needs to set the date that he / she / it wishes to train to at. How can I add this information to the cart line item? I thought of using an extension from LineItem using LineItem::addExtension or simply add another member var, since LineItem is only a Struct (I guess it's adopted from Shopware 5, isn't it?). What's the correct way here? I couldn't find anything to that in documentation when you need additional information on one basket position
    Masod Mohmand
    @maltisch
    @alpham8 You can use OnLineItemAddedEvent to add additional information to the lineItem
    you can persist the information in lineItem payload

    I have use component sw-media-field for config upload file module, but can setting for:
    1. Allow upload file type csv ?
    2. Set path folder to upload ?
      <component name="sw-media-field”>

    @alpham8
    @maltisch Yeah I know, but where in LineItem? What's the Shopware intended way to do it?

    @ErminDedic what would you like to change? I guess you have to use the template for that? 🤔

    hello there o7

    In shopware6, is it possible to define a different media url? i can see it's possible to switch to using S3 and such for media files, but i was thinking of using keyCDN with a Pull-Zone, where if a file isn't in the CDN, it's fetched from the main site.
    I just can't find a list of environment variables or config settings that allows this - am i right to assume i gotta write a plugin to handle it? :)

    Michael Karbowiak
    @karbowiak
    @vanWittlaer yep, but not the exact thing i'm after sadly :(
    it was more if it was possible to tell it that all media is on a different url, than the main site

    Regarding Migrations:
    In the docs is written: "The updateDestructive() method is the counterpart to update()".

    Does that mean "rollback"? Because the examples show something else...

    Hi, is there docu how to upload file to shopware

    @leptoquark1 this any help? https://www.shopware.com/en/news/the-plugin-system-how-to-extend-shopware-6-with-plugins/

    Looks like updateDestructive() should 'house' destructive code.. things that can't roll back. Destructive stuff

    Hi, I keep getting this messages on the terminal, when I clear cache
    Any idea how to fix this?
    ! [NOTE] For better performances, you should move the cache and log directories to a non-shared folder of the VM.

    @alpham8 you must sucbscribe to the event OnLineItemAddedEvent

    @pawonpawon saw that in documentation. But whats the goal of separating when there is no explicit rollback for a migration?

    How to install plugins in an official shopware 6 demoshop? Last time I tried, the shop had no plugin items in the admin settings.

    I have a problem when i import the product-baseunits with an own Plugin. After i import them the values are correct (in the database and in the in the admin view), but no base price is shown in the frontpage. When i save the product again the baseprice is shown. I didn't found any clue in the database that i have to calculate it an also save the beaseprice

    Adminarea: When I click on save this component is always sending with the parameter name "id". How can I change it?

    Hi everyone! Can somebody tell me how I can access the customFields from a variant's parent on the ProductPage?
    Christian
    @c-gross
    oh id isn'T coming from that component. It's not even part of the POST data...
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    Hello @Donderda today I ran into the same problem like you, parent is null for any of my variants :D
    And I want to show a custom field text that not present and filled in each variant.
    Friedemann Stoffregen
    @Donderda
    =). So let's hope somebody can help us ;)
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    I doubt it. 😅
    I was thinking page.product.parent.<something> would do the trick, but nope…
    Especially strange as there is a parentId in the variable dump.

    @leptoquark1

    Hello @Donderda today I ran into the same problem like you, parent is null for any of my variants :D

    have you tried to explicit load the parent?

    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    @leptoquark1 how would you do that from the template level?
    Can I query like page.product.parent.one()?
    David Fecke
    @leptoquark1
    @mikewink this wont work
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    To easy I guess. I'm so used to Craft CMS beauty. What is the SW6 way of doing it? Is there documentation or templates that you can point us to?
    David Fecke
    @leptoquark1
    @mikewink You will need to subscribe to ProductPageLoadedEvent I think
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    Are you kidding 😅
    Christian
    @c-gross
    Wjhat can I do to get the sales channel id added to the POST request?
    David Fecke
    @leptoquark1
    I didnt work with variants yet
    It weird that the parent is not loaded when in a variant
    but that how I would proceed
    Friedemann Stoffregen
    @Donderda
    ... or is it possible to "inherit" these fields from the parent? like "product.unit"?
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    I thought as relationships are lazy or eager loaded in SW6 that would work out of the box. 🤔
    David Fecke
    @leptoquark1
    You mean that if you use the relation in twig template it will be loaded? Nope :D
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    That might work in your case, but I have not seen custom fields working with inheritance. At least there is no visual indicator (chain icon) that signals me that I can inherit from the parent.
    That's a real bummer… 😵
    @shyim excuse me, but do you know why the parent product in a variant is null and how to populate it with the actual object (data)? thank you very much!
    David Fecke
    @leptoquark1
    @mikewink Subscribe to the ProductPageLoadedEvent and check if the parent is actually loaded https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-platform-dev-en/how-to/register-subscriber?category=shopware-platform-dev-en/how-to
    Mike Wink
    @mikewink
    @Donderda lets hope that the all knowing wise @shyim knows an answer.
