regarding the search designer: you would need 3 different setups/ss360 config objects, one per language, to connect the language dependent account. And of course you may configure the search box label then accordingly in the corresponding ss360 config object.

You may try to delete the mappings and then save the mappings again in different order, this might help.
A more complete solution would be to use a regexp mapping and explicitly exclude the specific term „dining event“ from the more general term „dining“.

and you can limit the content groups to be searched via ss360Config.contentGroups.include = [ "My Content Group" ]
