    then solid is like a reference app
    but also, so is the web
    i think some new frameworks along these lines are in progress

    @angelo-v ich arbeite an einer single-page-app, die mit Hilfe einer for-schleife ein gegebenes Dokument nach links, also a hrefs untersucht und sie - ähnlich wie markbook - in ein turtle-dokument in einen POD schreibt. die Untersuchung des Docs, also Stringuntersuchung, ist bereits gut gediehen, nur das write in filename.ttl habe ich noch nicht hinbekommen. denke aber ldflex könnte hilfreich sein, section https://vincenttunru.gitlab.io/tripledoc/docs/cheatsheet.html#adding-multiple-literals-for-the-same-property oder https://vincenttunru.gitlab.io/tripledoc/docs/cheatsheet.html#create-a-new-document . gewiss ist das sehr low-level, aber ich möchte die Tiefen von solid verstehen und dabei hilft das. möchte gern id, line, timestamp, Time in CET (Zulu), title, link, makerin das Turtle-Dokument aufnehmen. any tips appreciated.

    Vielleicht kann mir da jemand helfen. Ich hab in meinem root Ordner ".acl" verloren. Das ist blöd, weil ich jetzt nicht mal mehr den Account löschen kann. https://dewomser.solid.community. Irgend jemand eine Idee?
    Matthias Evering
    @ewingson
    @dewomser_twitter vielleicht kannst du mit https://jeff-zucker.github.io/solid-ide/ einfach eine neue anlegen, wenn du weisst was drinstand... @angelo-v habe mit einem PATCH INSERT DATAgenau wie markbook Erfolg beim Schreiben gehabt

    @angelo-v
    @ewingson ok super :)
    @dewomser_twitter when root .acl is broken only direct file system access can rescue it. Can you help out @melvincarvalho ?

    Ok, matrix bridge is up and running, for those who want to use matrix (e.g. via riot.im https://riot.im/app/#/room/#gitter_solid-germany=2Fcommunity:matrix.org)

    @dewomser_twitter
    Thank you for you suggestions @ewingson and @angelo-v . But that does not work. I want to delete dewomser account and than get a new pod with the same name, but deletion doesn't work either because there is no .acl Mean time I use dewomser1.solid.community

    @aveltens:matrix.org dewomser: Deletion via https://solid.community/account/delete does not work??
    @aveltens:matrix.org Anyway an admin could fix the .acl by accessing at at the file system

    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org we need someone from the community to help support the server, i pay for the domain and renew the certificates, but we need more community help
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org FYI: im not employed or paid to work on this, it's all out of my own pocket
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org but I can can help in this case
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org what do you need in the acl?

    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org > <@gitter_angelo-v:matrix.org> Ok, matrix bridge is up and running, for those who want to use matrix (e.g. via riot.im https://riot.im/app/#/room/#gitter_solid-germany=2Fcommunity:matrix.org)

    me! Im using it now, thanks!

    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org dewomser1.solid.community/ dewomser.solid.community/
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org both are there
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org there is no .acl in the first one
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org but there is in the 2nd one

    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org ```
    @prefix : </.acl#>.
    @prefix n0: http://www.w3.org/ns/auth/acl#.
    @prefix dew: </>.
    @prefix c: </profile/card#>.
    @prefix n1: http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/.

    :ControlReadWrite
    a n0:Authorization;
    n0:accessTo dew:;
    n0:agent c:me, webmaster@untergang.de;
    n0:default dew:;
    n0:mode n0:Control, n0:Read, n0:Write.
    :Read
    a n0:Authorization;
    n0:accessTo dew:;
    n0:agentClass n1:Agent;
    n0:default dew:;
    n0:mode n0:Read.

    ```
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org I think I can just copy that from the 2nd to the first
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org ok that's done!
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org so you should have access again
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org ich hoffer alles in Ordnung! :)
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org mit vergneugen :)
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org Angelo Veltens (Gitter): asked about reclaiming the de. subdomain for this community. I can do that too. It's never been used, has no contact address, and inactive over 6 months.
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org We dont have an official reclaims policy for the server, but we can make one if we get more people involved. In this case, Im much happier to see a domain used than just idle. I dont mind making this judgement call to reclaim .de . What do people think?
    @matrixbot
    @melvincarvalho:matrix.org ( since im on the server now ) ...
    @MohamedSaidHamed
    Hi,
    I have a quick question,
    I have wiped the config/views/* dir
    and right now i'm getting this while logging in into my pod.
    Failed to lookup view "auth/sharing" in views directory "/opt/solid/config/views"
    Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
    Thanks!
    Angelo Veltens
    @angelo-v
    @MohamedSaidHamed people in https://gitter.im/solid/node-solid-server might be able to help you
    Matthias Evering
    @ewingson
    @MohamedSaidHamed there should be 3 directories: account, authand sharedbut I don' t know exactly how to restore them, perhaps a fresh solid init?
    Angelo Veltens
    @angelo-v
    Might actually be a clean solution to just set it up from scratch. You can keep or data dir of course, but wipe everything else. Delete the docker container, pull latest image and start from scratch.
    Angelo Veltens
    @angelo-v
    another option might be to download the files from NSS repo (https://github.com/solid/node-solid-server/tree/master/default-views) and copy them to your Server
    you should then also check if templates are missing https://github.com/solid/node-solid-server/tree/master/default-templates
    Mohamed Said Hamed
    @MohamedSaidHamed
    The solution was by backing up the data dir. delete everything under /opt/solid aka config, data, .db. then have a fresh installation of solid and register an account then restoring the backed up data.
    Everything is back to normal now!
    Thanks @angelo-v for the help!
