There's a lot of drive on the commercial side of the equation. This is not bad in itself. People need to earn their money. But the open community side of Solid is still very under-developed. Here's where people who can't afford Western-priced services should still be able to have full access.

Yes, it has a lot of things to consider. A lot of this was already widely known, but here a sorta new take is provided on it and also highlighting the urgency to bring change to the landscape.

I think more inclusive and correct would be to say:

In this case they are referring specifically to women because it’s a women’s health clinic.
@Vinnl_gitlab In general, I would say you’re correct that many women use “woman” as their gender identity, but I think they are trying to be inclusive of trans women and people who are assigned female at birth but might have a different gender identity that isn’t necessarily “woman” but still in the female part of the spectrum
