@kyr0 All good points. But, censorship is no guarantee of security. Censorship is used by socialists governments all over the world to act as a sword over their people, and not as a shield of protection (security).
Yeah, right, that's why I'm against censorship. Wherever there is power, there will be misuse
we're not talking about govs here though. we're talking about individual solid server's right? It's more like a Terms of Use aggrement or EULA or something of that nature.
Yep, solid is decentralized, so everybody can decide for her/himself how to deal with that. But I agree with the basic idea of discussing such things -- because once major pod providers set their EULA/Terms of use in some way it acts as a signal to others. But anyhow, I think there are more important things to solve first :)
Deep inside us all, we are activists. And we are pretty stern on the way we see things, so, if some Johnny come lately decides to start out with freedom and create actions against activists, that will turn off allot of people. So I see myself providing pods for those who want to be outspoken.
