    sparqlprog 0.2.4 released, now with improved documentation! https://www.swi-prolog.org/pack/file_details/sparqlprog/prolog/sparqlprog.pl
    Along with an accompanying Python wrapper, also available on PyPi: https://github.com/cmungall/sparqlprog-python

    @cmungall thanks for sharing! I'll take a look at the documentation soon. It's been a while since I've looked at Prolog

    Hello :) sparqlprog looks like a great tool. What are you planning on doing with it?

    @cmungall
    I’m currently using it mostly as an exploratory tool right now, I frequently need to get one-off ad-hoc data dumps that require complex querying and integration, it is perfect for that
    There a lot of hidden goodies in the package, I use it a lot for things like ontology visualization
    A lot of my use cases are ontology-oriented, e.g. this tool uses sparqlprog, and I’ve used this to map multiple ontologies or entity lists to wikidata: https://github.com/cmungall/wikidata_ontomatcher
    (Sorry, haven’t been monitoring this room, we have all switched to the logic_programming channel on the biohackathon slack…)

    No worries. I don't think I can access the biohack slack. (unless invited?) I would like to learn more about ontology creation and use - so nice to keep track of what you are doing. I am hoping to visit the EBI in cambridge soon so that will hopefully help to :)

    Hi, I couldn't find anything regarding SPARQL insert or delete queries in the docs, are these not supported?
