@spencergibb Thank you for answering spring-cloud/spring-cloud-consul#163. I'll refrain myself from attempting to use spring cloud consul bus. I'll be anxiously waiting to try that hotness when its ready. Thanks,

NP, we changed the implementation of the bus to use spring-cloud-stream after the first milestone and I haven’t moved the consul bus over.

Maybe there's a #jhipster page on gitter?
It looks like you have a plain internet connectivity problem

is it possible to connect the Eureka heart beat to the /health endpoint?
Dave Syer
@dsyer
Mar 24 2016 11:58
Like a EurekaHealthCheckHandler?
Actually, that's the opposite.
(maybe)
depends what you mean
It uses the same indicators as the /health endpoint
maybe that is what you mean?

So can we just change to
<dependency>
                <groupId>org.springframework.cloud</groupId>
                <artifactId>spring-cloud-starter-parent</artifactId>
                <version>Brixton.RC1</version>
                <type>pom</type>
                <scope>import</scope>
            </dependency>

Mar 24 2016 15:49
you’ll want to use spring-cloud-dependencies rather than spring-cloud-starter-parent.

@spencergibb a dumb question spring-cloud-dependencies vs spring-cloud-starter-parent ?
Fabian Wallwitz
@cforce
Mar 24 2016 15:54
spring-cloud-starter-parent will make use of spring cloud maven plugins too, spring-cloud-dependencies only use deps

Hi guys, I’m playing with Zuul and getting com.netflix.zuul.exception.ZuulException: Forwarding error and that’s ok. The issue here is the http status code 200 with an empty response, any advice?
I’m using Brixton.RC1
