@xetys I have the same needs as you, as you can see here https://github.com/kakawait/uaa-behind-zuul-sample I'm using trick to load balance via zuul but like you said

and regarding this, it is not the elegent way to ask zuul, which asks eureka by itself....

did you already open an issue or PR?
Or a clean working workaround

Hi folks, question on Turbine. I’m using turbine to aggregate various hystrix streams (nothing odd there I hope) however, I’m finding that when I try to connect to the turbine stream, that nothing happens for a long time. If I use curl, it will sit there for what could be minutes before data is returned. If I use Hystrix Dashboard, it will timeout and not connect to the stream.
I’ve up’d logging to DEBUG for everything and there’s a lot of noise :D
I see some instance of the GET /hystrix.stream for the service I’m monitoring fail with this:
{"Map":{"timestamp":1464777845543,"status":503,"error":"Service Unavailable","message":"MaxConcurrentConnections reached: 5","path":"/hystrix.stream"}}
Is there anyway to set this max conncurrent to greater than 5. As I recall this may have been hardcoded at some point in the past?
I’m using Spring Boot 1.3.5 with Spring Cloud Brixton Release

@kakawait The above posted class is a workaround which does the Job. I call it unelegant because it is actually a hack. Every AccessTokenProvider will ask for getAccessTokenUri () from OAuth2ProtectedResourceDetails, which los balances the uaa URL when possible

do you mean LoadBalancedResourceDetails ?

I already PRed this to JHipster, but I will look how to PR this into spring directly these days :)
Yes

I will try your workaround without jhipster because as you said and as I though zuul lookback trick still a trick/hack
you may link this issue (spring-cloud/spring-cloud-security#94) to the PR
(spring-cloud PR)
do you plan to create such property (sample): spring.oauth2.client.load-balanced={true,false} (default = false)?

Yes. It shouöd
IT should be easy to use but configurable similar to all the other spring stuff

yes I will wait your PR on Spring-cloud :+1:
I'm trying to remove as possible hardcode endpoint, after uaa only registry and config server will be hardcoded! But it will be hard to avoid both, except maybe config server

I’ve restarted a bunch of stuff, and can hit the hystrix.stream. It bumps out a lot of data tbh. Is there a case that the hystrix.stream could simply be flodding the turbine.stream?

Trying to build locally, and spring-cloud-build is failing with For artifact {org.springframework:spring-core:null:jar}: The version cannot be empty. What am I missing?

I'm trying to build spring-cloud-config, and tracked it to spring-cloud-build problem. Using maven-3.2.3

you need to use ./mvnw. It enforces the proper maven version
