@derekwyatt that’s the wrong place for spring cloud issues

Hi, I'm having some problems with Hystrix tripping circuits when a redeploy is going on and some instances disappear while some new come up. Does anyone have some recommendations on reasonable defaults? The service in question responds very quickly once it's up, so I don't think it's timeout issues.
I'm using a plain zuul server, Camden SR3, with ribbon values like these:

ribbon:
  ReadTimeout: 1000
  ConnectTimeout: 200
# MaxAutoRetries: 2
# OkToRetryOnAllOperations: true
  MaxAutoRetriesNextServer: 4
  ServerListRefreshInterval: 1000

The service count is about 2-4 instances.
Any help would be massively appreciated!

We're really wary of updating the backing services because of this, which was just what we wanted to avoid when using Ribbon/Hystrix... :)

@spencergibb So this is a spring cloud issue? Or do you think it might be a spring framework issue?

Moved them to spring-cloud/spring-cloud-netflix#1563 and spring-cloud/spring-cloud-netflix#1562. If they need to be moved again, so be it. :)

Hi, I get Zuul timeout exception when I upload files through zuul.

My configs:

ribbon:
    ConnectTimeout: 30000
    ReadTimeout: 60000
    eureka:
        enabled: true

zuul:
    host:
        connect-timeout-millis: 30000
        socket-timeout-millis: 60000

hystrix:
    command:
        default:
            execution:
                isolation:
                    thread:
                        timeoutInMilliseconds: 60000
It would be cool if you could suggest something ...

Yeap, I have avoided multipart processing.

I’m unsure then without more information.
Those zuul.host.* properties don’t exist.

BTW, I use jhipster. Can I post trace log here? Maybe it will be helpful for you.
