hey there
are there any examples of router usage with Spring Data Flow?
At least maybe someone could explain me how it might be easily setup over ui interface
should I use tap in that case to define destination
?
and implicitly connect router with the rest of the flow?

hey all, another question related to yesterdays shinanigans
we are using cloud foundry
and our services are actually behind pcf's go-router implementations
i know we can tell zuul which response codes to retry on
but there's only a subset of 404 responses i might want to retry
specifically, 404's returned by the go-router
im not sure where i need to add anything really
i tried a custom RetryPolicy
but i think that might be too late
basically: if i see a known 404 message from a go-router, i should retry
otherwise, treat the 404 as a real response from a micro service behind my zuul proxy
my next thought is a RetryListener
but i'm afraid thats also too late
i need some sort of interceptor prior to retrying

@jjstreet how would you tell the difference?

@spencergibb would require me reading the response body
we ultimately decided against it
and not worrying about 404s in that way

Yeah, that's tough

a 404 from the router indicates a route has no instances, which is something that should never happen
i ultimately want to move away from the go-router since the circuit breaker pattern would be really benificial for us
and i can't circuit break a single url heh
