So I’m trying to set up spring cloud gateway as an alternate load balancer for a set of servers that expect requests on an external hostname.

If I just hit one of the servers directly, I get a default website.
If I hit one of the servers and pass in a host header using curl, I get the expected content.

If I hit spring cloud gateway directly, I get the default website.
If I hit spring cloud gateway with a Host header, I still get the default website.

I’ve tried adding several permutations of filters to add and remove headers without any luck.

I know I probably need to dig into the configuration of the server I’m trying to hit (another team owns it), but does anyone have a guess on what I might be missing from the description?
