hello, I am trying to configure git repository for configuration but it’s throwing following error while startup:

$GIT_REPO/git-upload-pack not found. No idea why it’s appending git-upload-pack to git repository?

This is the configuration I have: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/rQzWgscNfs/
Nevermind, In repo, I had to append .git protocol.

I am trying to look in to this enhancement spring-cloud/spring-cloud-aws#372 (spring cloud aws enhancement). I am a first timer. Can someone point me how to try things locally when making enhancements or bug fixes. What is the project setup..

Hi @tmnuwan12 if you go to the repo's root directory you'll find a readme file walking you through it https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-aws

@marcosbarbero Thanks for the reply. I went though it. But to test changes do I have to build the spring packages locally then host it in my local Maven repo and import to another project and try to debug and see it works? I am not sure how to explain this sorry.. How someone want to say fix a bug in spring-cloud-aws-messaging module. Then test his/her changes locally is my question.

you should do it locally
build what you want and test where it's required
