@itziklavon using @SpringRunner and using @EnableAutoConfiguration should work. see https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/docs/2.1.4.RELEASE/reference/htmlsingle/#boot-features-testing-spring-boot-applications

What is the best way to publish an event and that can be consumed by other service endpoints.I have come across Rabbitmq which can be used to publish and then consumer can read the message,process it. I am looking at something in microservice architecture explains the way of storing events in event store so that it can be replayed again !!

I’m getting this problem
***************************
APPLICATION FAILED TO START
***************************

Description:

Invalid config server configuration.

Action:

If you are using the git profile, you need to set a Git URI in your configuration. If you are using a native profile and have spring.cloud.config.server.bootstrap=true, you need to use a composite configuration.
but i ahve spring.cloud.config.server.git.uri=https://<repo-url> set in application.properties

Hi @spencergibb, would it be possible to know when will version 2.0.4.RELEASE for Spring Cloud Gateway be available? Any guess?

My main class is

@SpringBootApplication
@EnableConfigServer
class ConfigServer

fun main(args: Array<String>) {
    SpringApplication.run(ConfigServer::class.java, *args)
}

(in kotlin as you can guess)

This might be an intellij problem … I trashed my .idea folder and re-imported the project. The config-server starts fine now. :/
