hello, im a beginner here, how to download spyder? thanks before
and im little bit confused about what differences i use with anaconda distribution and macports

In short: please use Anaconda. Using pip, Macports or even your the package that comes with your Linux distribution is fine, but it usually requires more knowledge of Python, Spyder and its dependencies than most beginners have.
Anaconda installs its own version of Python, that comes with Spyder and its dependencies, along with the most important scientific libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc). Besides, it's very simple to install and use.
