conda update spyder qtconsole spyder-kernelsat the Anaconda prompt in your environment.
conda install ipython=6 ipykernel=4 python=3.6.7in your Tensorflow environment in Anaconda prompt (make sure to
activate your-tensorflow-environment-namefirst) and see if that resolves it? I am going to do some testing to isolate the problem myself shortly.
