Do you know why I cannot use idle(python ide) since I installed Anaconda?

@AvrilGZC Sorry, but could you explain how that has to do with Spyder? I have no idea about either your question or mine; I've never used it myself.

@AvrilGZC Opening Spyder should not prevent you opening IDLE and vice versa. If you can confirm that, specifically is the case, then we can look into it. Otherwise, you're better off asking that at IDLE-specific resources since this is a chat for Spyder, not IDLE. Do be aware that Spyder has, to my knowledge, very close to a strict superset of IDLE's features and functionality; if there's something IDLE has that Spyder doesn't that would compel you to have to use it instead, let us know and we might consider adding it in the future.

Best of luck figuring that out, and let us know if you have more Spyder-related questions.

Greetings Everyone, Spyder has been selected for the Google Summer of Code 2019 under the umbrella organisation NumFocus. I would like to work on one of the project listed in the idea list for GSoC 2019. I'm proficient with Python 3 and I've been using spyder-ide for more than a year. Please someone guide me where to start.
