@minakshidasoffice1998_gitlab Please read our guide to working with packages and environments with Spyder.

how can i convert an sound 2D array into a .wav file?

Sorry, but could you explain what this has to do with the Spyder IDE?

@balde9745 Sorry, but you're going to have to be more specific. What do you mean, where the program is executed? Running the file with Run file shows the path to the executed file in the Console (as well as anytime in the Editor, of course), and the working directory can be set in the run configuration and is also displayed to the top right of the Spyder UI.

If you're on gitter.im you should be able to simply copy and paste them, unless there's a problem with your browser. But if you have to, just stick them on imgur or something.

Then put it on Imgur or whatever, like I already requested you to.

For the third time, upload the screenshot to Imgur or an image hosting site of your choice. Otherwise, I have no way of helping you

Using Spyder on Fedora 29 is a little different than what I have seen on Windows:
  1. Tried to install Spyder from within Navigator. no luck. had to open a terminal, but couldn't do it inside Navigator, had to open it outside of Navigator.
  2. After Spyder installation tried to launch it from within Navigator in the custom environment I created. Again no luck, had to open an outside terminal.
  3. After Spyder launches it reports its using Python 3.7 instead of 3.6 which I chose.

1., 2.

Anaconda Navigator is known to have many bugs and problems when it comes to installing and opening Spyder, so I'm not entirely surprised. These, of course, are outside of our control.

After Spyder launches it reports its using Python 3.7 instead of 3.6 which I chose.

You can set Spyder to use any python binary (i.e. environment) you want, under Preferences > Python Interpreter > Use the following Python interpreter.

Use the following : I put -->> /home/Paul/anaconda3/envs/Python3/bin/python3.6. Then after a restart of Spyder it still says 'Spyder (Python 3.7)

@paulgureghian_gitlab The version shown in the window title is the Python that Spyder's running on. The Python interpreter version that matters for you as a user is the one you choose to launch your Consoles in. Accordingly, you don't need to restart Spyder to change that; just start a new Console and it will use whatever interpreter you selected in Preferences. That way, you can have multiple interpreters in multiple consoles open simultaneously and switch between them at will.
