Hello. I mistakenly saved a test file with overwriting my main project file's name while saving the test file. Now I've lost all my codes of the main file. Is there any way to get my project back? Please help me. I need to submit my project before deadline.

How horrible, do you have a paper copy? Or an E-mail file? 1. Paper copy = reprint.

Do you want to write the catalog of the book? Maybe you are typing in Word. It is strongly recommended, or is it better to use Taiwanese type?

Hey, could anyone advise how to use spyder notebook once you have installed it with conda? From various post I've read it seems you should be able to enable it through the menu View -> Panes -> Notebook, however I can't find it there.

Please help. If you are all masters of lisp, I believe this is not difficult. If the Word catalog is currently published in Taiwan, it will be easier to use, and your problems can be solved.

I used to work with pip under anaconda integrated environment. But when I switch the standalone version of spyder I have no idea at all how to install just like pip

On the advice of spyder-ide.org is used the 'Standalone Installer for macOS'.

This appears to be specific to macOS 10.15+ which I did not know. Spyder will not start and the Traceback mentions a frame "build for MacOS X 10.15". I only have macOS 10.13.

Two questions. (1) How can I uninstall this Spyder.app thoroughly? (2) Is there a better way to install - such as the standalone for 10.13?

@TMCG123 How did you install Gurobi? If not through Anaconda, you probably need to set the PYTHONPATH explicitly. Select Tools -> PYTHONPATH manager and then add the path to gurobipy. (I believe the response from @shihcandy1_twitter will not help you as it seems like a random Gurobi hint rather than what you asked for.)

Thanks Oscar. I'm now trying to install pyomo. I want to get some hands on experience with optimization. I have created a Python environment and am trying to install the package into that environment. I have been able to download the pyomo package with the command:conda install -c conda-forge pyomo. Sadly I'm not having much joy downloading the solver 'ipot' - I get PackagesNotFoundError.

@salemimad2_twitter the common reason for errors like that is that you named your file serial.py and are trying to import it rather than the pyserial library. but there's a lot of guessing here.
