    @Brooks1988 It will be in the next few days; per the terms of our payment processor we have to offer the tickets no more than two weeks in advance. Stay tuned to our various channels (email list, Slack and social media) to be the first to get the update when we announce it, and we'll ensure you have at least 48 hours notice when we announce the exact date and time tickets will go live.     I had just purchased the tickets and there was only 2 drop down preferences, I clicked OO2, I have checked back and there is another preference for OO2 Upper deck which I would of preferred if it was available at the time of purchase, please advise options

    @StingerNSW_twitter Hey, unfortunately due to a misunderstanding on my part the OO2 preference didn't get added right away, but if you DM me your name or reservation number I can manually add it, and we're working on adding it to your reservation status page so you can easily change it yourself.

    @/all In case anyone hasn't heard through our other channels, the SpaceX CRS-20 launch was delayed to Friday March 6 at 11:50 PM EST. Your Star Fleet tickets are still valid for the new date as usual, and if you aren't able to make it then, please contact us as soon as possible to receive a refund. Thanks!

    @/all ANNOUNCEMENT: The mission is still on and we've opened up a few more spots, and launch weather is currently at 60% chance of GO, with the main concern being liftoff winds. However, the captains have informed us that while it is still possible for us to go out, the waters will be pretty choppy, and they've said its possible they might not be able to go out as far as we normally do, although we'll still have a clear view and be the closest game in town.

    To provide you all the best experience we can, we're guaranteeing everyone a spot on the big boat, "Double O" (OO2), since its much more stable in rough seas. We will also offer free Dramamine anti-seasickness tables for everyone at checkin well before departure, and we won't be out there too long, just the 15-30 minute trip out to the viewing location and back.

    However, if have a particularly sensitive stomach and would prefer to view this launch from land, please let us know and we would be happy to offer a full refund. Just email us or message us on our Slack (preferred), Gitter, Facebook, or Twitter with your reservation code and full name, and we'll get that taken care of for you.

    As backup options, we would recommend the Rt. 401 USAF stands or Jetty Park in Port Canaveral as the best spot to view the spectacular launch and landing, with the parks just south of the Port as an additional alternative. Be advised Playalinda will be closed and KSCVC is sold out. Whatever you choose, making sure everyone has the best possible launch experience is why Star Fleet exists, so don't hesitate to ask if you have questions or would like further viewing advice.     We're not currently planning on it, sorry, since neither launch features a landing which we provide unparalleled views of, and both will be within the hours of KSCVC and they'll likely have close-up viewing of the launch available with admission or for a relatively modest additional fee, making the boats not necessarily offer a clear advantage. As a volunteer-run, community supported organization, we usually focus on Falcon Heavy, RTLS landing, NASA CRS, and crewed missions, as well as other "special" flights (Crew Dragon IFA, Solar Orbiter, Mars 2020) where significant interest exists and we serve an unmet need in the spaceflight community, either providing a closer view or at a lower cost than comparable alternatives. Our next big launch is currently planned to be the Crew Dragon DM-2 first crewed mission; we although others may pop up on a case by case basis if enough people are interested and we offer meaningful value over the alternatives. Typically when we do offer a launch, we aim to announce it at least two weeks in advance and offer tickets at a set day and time a few days thereafter; we unfortunately cannot do them any earlier (though we announce earlier if practical) due to the terms and conditions of our payment processor. Hopefully that answers your questions!

    If @conniehannon_twitter doesn't come we can just refund her tickets and let you buy one. Unfortunately we have been booked up to 80 people on the boat for some time now, the max due to coast guard safety regulations. Especially in the choppy seas we expect, we don't want to take any chances overloading the boat, sorry, since safety is our priority. However, there is always a good chance of additional cancels or no-shows so they should have a decent shot as a standby. @AviatorJordan_twitter I'll let you know as soon as I do if someone cancels before checkin.
    I would even give up my spot myself but I'm running things remotely in Star Fleet Command here in Huntsville AL while Julia and Wayward will be our on site hosts.
