What you suggest to do with modules which authors don't wan't to include dist modules assuming that their modules should be used with browserfy/webpack?

We should be able to load any module that they can load
So I would say it is a steal bug if we cannot
0.14.0 will support the folder/index.js convention
you can see it in 0.14.0-pre.8
that covers the biggest gap we had

@matthewp is it possible when building to only bundle node_modules into 1 file (index.js) but leave my source files independent?
and is it possible in development mode to not run thru eval? It uses different line numbers, thus making debugging a bit more difficult?

@matthewp how are you going to know/distinct if it require('./foo') is ./foo.js or ./foo/index.js?

@matthewp I shared can module between 2 modules I got XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///home/cherif/server/stealmultipage/node_modules/can/can.js. Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https, chrome-extension-resource.
Im experimenting multipage

if they are in separate bundles
you need to create separate bundles for them
bundle: ["bundleA", "bundleB"]
those being your pages
if you are using donejs this is done for you though :)
