I'm going to get started on them so we have some examples of what we'd like them to look like, but I'll post in here and tag you on github once that's done.

Flutter?Coool! I won’t tell you my primary project has suspended just because I can’t inject rust code to flutter…
https://github.com/elvisjs This repo will use flutter-rs after I completing the web things
Amar Singh
@4meta5
Wow, this looks very cool!
clearloop
@clearloop
I used to try to write dart ffi my self, just because flutter-rs’s last update is 6 months ago, now I think I can do some contributes to both flutter-rs and sunshineprotocol because we both develop substrate and flutter, I just have a lot of projects and I can’t stop thinking about them...

@4meta5
I wonder if we should consider putting together an Web3 grant application for Native Dart Polkadot-js bindings or a Flutter Light Client. I feel like this infrastructure will be useful for a lot of other Polkadot projects if we build it :)
Do you have an issue that you can link related to where you were stopped when trying to inject rust code to flutter?
clearloop
@clearloop
The primary feature of elvisjs is an abstract UI frame porting to javascript written in rust with flutter style syntax, which can run on multi-platforms, wasm-bindgen for web, flutter-rs for mobile and desktop, it’s written for javascript developers. I stopped it because I can not call dart code in rust and just busy these days…What flutter-rs does is what I’ve been dreaming about for the last whole year...
Dart Polkadot-js bindings? / Flutter Light Client? Nice thoughts!!
yep, the mobile things are the future of blockchains(I think)

@clearloop
I used to try subxt last days because I want to rust the substrate rpc and write some cmd-tools like rust version geth attach for substrate
Nice, nice, I like your repos!
Here is an issue I can share which is about the wasm version of Polkadot-js
clearloop
@clearloop
I’m so happy that I can find your projects, nobody I knew develops both substrate and flutter before

I have a friend who is also interested in Polkadot mobile client, I will share sunshineprotocol to him, to see if we can develop some projects together~

Ye, I'm not a huge fan of polkadot-js. I wanted to remove it as a dependency which is why we're going for direct communication between rust and dart (flutter).

I’m so happy that I can find your projects, nobody I knew develops both substrate and flutter before

Ye, I met David while we were working at Parity and he introduced me to Flutter in January while he was working on flutter-rs.

Flutter and Substrate are the two frameworks that I'm most excited to learn and work with right now!

Same, I just don’t want to write too much javascript code(it’s hard, to be honest), so I want to use rust or wasm, even dart instead, and… the elvisjs project is a debunk about morden complex javascript UI frameworks in some way XD, the reason of primary porting to javascript developers is, let more people realize that we can build the web in other programming languages, but start from litte javascript code

that's cool, I like the raison d'etre and the vibes are cool. I noticed that you use mdbook. I've thought about writing a fork as a side project for a long time. Michael Bryan mentions how he'd like to rewrite it often in his blog posts http://adventures.michaelfbryan.com/posts/markedit/
new_members
            .into_iter()
            .map(|member| -> DispatchResult {
                // TODO: does this return a DispatchError if one of them errs? fallible iterators
                Self::add_member(organization, member)?;
                Ok(())
            })
            .collect::<DispatchResult>()?;
Does this return an error if at least one of the calls inside the iterator return an error? I'd like it to return the error to the outside immediately but am not sure that's possible https://blog.yoshuawuyts.com/fallible-iterator-adapters/

Yep, but I only use it like gitbook, haven’t try to call it in rust code.

One of my aspirations is writng a blog system using elvisjs, and then … a social App mixing slack and livejournal, so I thinking our mind about this kind of products will meet finally
Actually I want to use elvisjs which is calling flutter-rs to implement it on both web and mobile even desktop XDD
But it is a long-term plan, I’ll concentrate on substrate totally next months, beacause I’m really a newbie to it, and I can not solve problems as a suitable speed I expect currently now
clearloop
@clearloop

return the error to the outside immediately

These thoughts might need some tests to ensure LOL

I’ll pick an issue in sunshine-node next week, to make sure I’ll be free at that time, I have to hard work on this weekend, hope we can chat more about sunshine-node soon.

Amar Singh
@4meta5
Sounds good, I'll try to add a few beginner issues before next week :)
clearloop
@clearloop
Hi folks, have you every tried pm2?
Amar Singh
@4meta5
I have not, it looks cool
clearloop
@clearloop
Wait me for 1 day, I’ll be free soon
Amar Singh
@4meta5
Also, if anyone is interested in getting into module development, this is a good first issue for getting involved. I think it'd take me an hour to finish at most but I've written it before in other forms and am familiar with substrate module structure. It's the type of issue that would be easy to help someone through I think web3garden/sunshine-runtime-module-library#105

@clearloop
Hi guys, do you need any masks?
I can ship you some from China
Amar Singh
@4meta5
I have plenty of masks. Thanks for asking!
My family has ordered a nice stockpile, hopefully not taking away too many from others that need it.

@clearloop

How’s the progress of the flutter version substrate wallet?
Amar Singh
@4meta5
Haha, just saw this shady's made good progress on it I think
Im still kind of the bottleneck
had to refactor bank-onchain for compatibility with bounty
should be done soon and then we'll work on the mobile client to plug everything together
kaichao
@kaichaosun
Hey, sunshine team, thanks to the effort you put on the protocol and new identity module.
and great to see you here Amar :)

Hey Kaichao, nice to see you again! Just saw this message
