If you have the right style set you should be able to reformat a buffer with =ig. Hopefully.
@TheBB Can I reuse my astylerc file?
I don't know of any way to convert an astyle config file to an Emacs c-style.
If you want to use astyle maybe you are better off trying to find an Emacs package for it, or writing one yourself.
how do you see directory structure, open files and switch between open buffers? for example i have at least 6 index.js files in the same project because modules. usually i just loop over the opened buffers, but then suddenly instead of a js file, i get the documentation interface I opened yesterday and i just want to move forward, but then obviously the same shortcut key doesn't work anymore. I try to close the buffer, which then closes the whole frame or whatever that thing is which contains the buffer content. (i know it normally wouldn't but I have neotree open all the time), so then I remain with neotree where i select manually and open it. takes more than writing this huge question :)
@ashnur I use SPC pf when navigating between files/buffers in a project usually
@ashnur Yes, as @luxbock said, but there's also a nice trick called something like persistent action in helm. Let me see if I can find it.
@TheBB I only discovered your videos yesterday and ended up binge watching through most of them when ill, nice job
