@certik yes that was about t = s.diff(syms[5]).

@certik, with @589, we can have the projects separate from each other. A project for benchmarks, a project for tests, a project for python etc. (Only issue is I'll have to put the catch directory inside tests)

Btw, where should we install the teuchos headers to?

@isuruf I think you meant #589.

For now I would keep everything in the repository, but only get the Python and Ruby wrappers out.
What would be the advantage to have a separate project for tests?

I meant, a separate project, but still in the main repo

You mean a separate cmake project?

Yes

Still, what would be the advantage of it?

For example, in sage, we can build the tests later in spkg-test script

I see.
Would users be affected by the change though?
Isuru Fernando
@isuruf

Nope
I'll first try to do it for the python wrappers
By the way, I need to know where to install the teuchos headers
Ondřej Čertík

They should be installed into symengine/teuchos
as they are now, aren't they?
Isuru Fernando
@isuruf
Aug 13 2015 17:11
They aren't getting installed, right?
Ondřej Čertík
@certik
Aug 13 2015 17:12
I thought they are.
I see, I guess they are not. That's a bug.
So if you install symengine in debug mode, you can't use it, since the header files will be missing.
Isuru Fernando
@isuruf

yes
If we want to install into symengine/teuchos, then all the teuchos headers will have to be referred like #include <symengine/teuchos/Teuchos_rcp.hpp>
Isuru Fernando
@isuruf

or just #include <teuchos/Teuchos_rcp.hpp>
Ondřej Čertík
@certik
Aug 13 2015 17:28
Yes, we'll have to change how they are included
