Should -5 % 4 be taken as -1 or 3. g++ gives -1 whereas python gives 3. Should I follow sympy and add some code to convert -1 to 3 ? #736
According to me the output should be non-negative.

yes I read already but my question was that we have to decide what convention we want for symengine. Should we follow sympy in this? I say we should.
