    Hello from 2016

    Hello, someone still here ? *
    Pim Otte
    @pimotte
    Barely :P
    Someone did some work on making syncany java 11 compatible, otherwise there's not much going on lately
    Can I help you with something?
    Cyprien83
    @Cyprien83
    Yes please ! :D
    I have init my connection with my own webdav server (made with http://sabre.io/dav/), connection goes right but I when I prompt sy down I have "Sync down skipped, no remote changes." even with my folder empty on local and with files and folder on my server
    May be I've missunderstood something but don't know what
    Pim Otte
    @pimotte
    Were the files on your server already there, or did syncany write them there?
    Cyprien83
    @Cyprien83
    syncany write master syncany and others.. But yes files were on the server before setting the connection
    Pim Otte
    @pimotte
    Yeah, so the files you can download are only those that are uploaded by syncany and encrypted
    So you can put some files in your local folder, run sy up, then sy connect on a different machine (or in a different folder). If you then run sy down, you should get the files you put in your local folder earlier

    @Cyprien83
    Ok I'm gonna try this thank you !
    Is there a way to download not only files that were encrypted ? Because my webdav server can be use directly in cloud without going trought webdav (it's a
    electronic management of documents application)
    Pim Otte
    @pimotte
    Nope, syncany can't download files that it did not put there. You'll want a webdav client to do that
    Cyprien83
    @Cyprien83
    Alright gonna search one so :D Thank you very much for your time, have a good day !
    Pim Otte
    @pimotte
    You too:)
