anyone successfully ran babel + systemjs with phantomjs2 ?
I might be missing a polyfill/shim or smth, it must be silently failing as everything else works, just the import doesn't
oh it worked

ok, it wasn't detecting es6, used the meta trick and it transpiled :) now try to figure out why my previous stuff weren't working
but awesome!

thinking about some dev workflows. wondering if I create a "vendor bundle" since those files dont change often, and load that versus loading individual dev deps
anyone ever taken an approach like this?

as of right now in dev, we have a shit ton of XHRs that take quite a while to load.

@dmackerman yes that is a common optimization

is that something I would set up in my system.config? what would be the best way to go about it?

You can do this with SystemJS builder as a build step

ah, right.
right now I just do builder.build('app/app.module’) which has all of my vendor imports in there. you’re saying I could build the vendor bundle first, and then just import that into app.module?
can you do that? import a bundle?

You can just include a bundle with a script tag in the page after SystemJS and it will populate the loader registry

Any ETA when would 0.16.6 be up on jspm.io cdn? Currently, <script src="https://jspm.io/system@0.16.6.js"></script> fails.
