Not that I know of, I wish there was. I thought about adding an underscore in front of the registry entry to make it first in the list, but don't think that would really help because all the processes in the list start asynchronously. Probably the only way to make it boot up before other apps would be to make it run as a system service, and that's not something I can easily change the app to do. You could maybe try making on start on boot through the Windows Task Scheduler and see if that makes it any faster.
settings.conffile (see here for where to look for it), and delete it? This will reset your app settings, but I believe it might also fix the crash you were experiencing. Please let me know if this works
