Danilo is a dev from Brazil and we met while working on materializecss stuff here on Gitter

@Ulminia

Current state is, we have a git repository made by Danilo and he is trying to connect to the sandbox with the API.
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:11

Tobias Clemens Häcker
@tchaecker
Mar 25 2015 16:11
We use https://material.angularjs.org/#/ as framework
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:11
Yes Tobias, and we're using angularjs + angularjs material (for layuot)
Tobias Clemens Häcker
@tchaecker

First goal is to create a prototype somewhat similar to reebok.com for the client
We have oAuth 1.X for the connection
So we would work with git, so we have the same project and can all work on different areas.
Joe Foster
@Ulminia
Mar 25 2015 16:12
yea what language are we going to use for the oauth cliant
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:13
This is the problem
we really need a backend for that?
some guys said yes some guys said no
Joe Foster
@Ulminia
Mar 25 2015 16:14
it depends on how it works and stuff
if the api is slow it will make the pages slow
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:16
Well, for me api is not slow
Joe Foster
@Ulminia
Mar 25 2015 16:17
then you would use the js foe the pull
Tobias Clemens Häcker
@tchaecker
Mar 25 2015 16:18
I'd prefer a version that has the data local on the server, basically a folder with json files. That makes us less dependant, but of course you guys are the experts.
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:18
yes, because of that we choose angularjs
Tobias Clemens Häcker
@tchaecker
Mar 25 2015 16:20
ok, so what is the next step to do that?
Joe Foster
@Ulminia
Mar 25 2015 16:21
make the oath init handshake to get the keys and save them, then start testing calls
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:21
joe you probably know angularjs better than me
next steps like joe says: make the oath init handshake to get the keys and save them, then start testing calls
Joe Foster
@Ulminia
Mar 25 2015 16:22

Tobias Clemens Häcker
@tchaecker
Mar 25 2015 16:22

We meet here again in 48 hours. It's 5:30pm in Germany.
Joe has some time to get into the project (also we have something to work on tomorrow)
and then you two find a solution for the API
and I start working on the design

I'm always confused by the time zones, so I will send out a google calendar meeting.
Ok, you should have gotten mails. Danilo, talk to you on Friday, Joe we meet tomorrow for the EZGAW project.
One last thing:
I have no idea how much work/time we need as this is a prototype. My idea is to simply split the money we get in equal shares (minus costs like server if they are included in the quote).
Means if we make 2200 EUR and we have costs of 100 EUR everyone gets 700 EUR
Danilo Lutz
@danilolutz
Mar 25 2015 16:31

I can use Sublime and my normal bash. It works pretty well. But for today I will be off Gitter. I am doing a test for the WordPress accessibility team and I start to learn how to make websites accessible and there is growing demand for that.
