    Is there a way to find the number of devices based on the number of relations created on the gateway device programmatically or using rule engine?

    @ashvayka I am playing around with HTTP integrations and converters (Professional edition) for backwards compatibility with my current product. I am currently uploading batched data from several devices once every 2 seconds. Each device collects a new datapoint twice per second. Everything is working fine - except alarms. I receive multiple alarms from a single event. Only a single alarm appears in the alarm widget, but the telegram app receives multiple notifications. The "create alarm" node is generating multiple alarms with relation "created", even though the second, third, etc alarm are not new, they should have the relation "updated". Is this the expected behaviour for using converters/integrations with batched data? Is there a way around it? I have already tried the create alarm tutorial, I've followed this thingsboard/thingsboard#717 and I have manually set the "isNewAlarm = false".

    Hello all , I am unable to connect two tb-gateways to thingsboard. Each gateway is assigned to a different tenant. When I run them simultaneously the gateways are unable to send data in realtime and eventually they fail. Any kind of help is appreciated

    Hi all,
    I was hoping you can assist with 2 issues I have run into. The 1st is : How can I post process the 'active' attribute so that it's displayed in a widget as 'Online' or 'Offline' instead of true of false respectively? I have used the following command but the wording doesn't change state:
    return value===true ? "Online" : "Offline";

    Thanks

    Chr1sK
    @Chr1sK
    The 2nd is: How can I update a server attribute when an inactivity event is received? When I try to update the attribute via a script and save the attribute I get an error around the msgType mismatch

I have to connect to thingsboard which is running mqtt over ssl using a java client (two-way-ssl) because of bussiness needs and I struggled with it for days still got the error "peer not authenticated" I used the microservice architecture. Does anyone have successful experiences to share?

    Hi, I'm unable to see the alarms from multiple devices in alarm widget.
    I see couple of questions regarding the same issue in the forum (thingsboard/thingsboard#979) and (https://gitter.im/thingsboard/chat?at=5cf0cd0e481ef4167ba65d1a), not sure if it's resolved yet.
    I'm running the latest thingsboard CE from docker with postgres.
    Any reply/help is appreciated.

    @anitakh96_twitter I set up my GSM/GPRS device as a gateway, I was able to simulate Device A, Device B. The gateway also behaved as a device by publishing to device telemetry topic and recived rpc by subscribing to device rpc topic, So in total I achived three devices in one.
    Innovative
    @peterMbari_twitter
    @anitakh96_twitter to and test RPC, it is easiest from a dashboard. Insert a control widget, like a switch. When you flip the swich if your device is subscribed and connected, you should be able to receive the RPC. To mitigate for latency in slow networks, increase the timeout period in the widget settings

    Hi guys, how does proper response look for getValue method (control knob widget). I tried curl -v -X POST -d "44" https://cloud.thingsboard.io/api/v1/xxxxxx/rpc/215 --header "Content-Type:application/json"
    Of course I update value of ID each time but none of it work. I would like that knob value changed after I send response

    @jaimermneto_twitter - You have to call them for a demo. They don't have a CE version of Trendz.

    @jaimermneto_twitter
    Ok, i understood. I am using the PE version. They dont said anything about licensing of Trendz, maybe its included in PE Licensing?

    Geir Andersen
    @GeirFrimann
    @jaimermneto_twitter It is not included in the PE version, its an add-on, I had an online-meeting with them earlier today, where Trendz was presented.
    But if your solution heavely depends on analyzing data, its worth concidering!

    Is it possible to use two ports for mqtt: 1883 for localhost and 8883 for remote connections? I looked at the /etc/thingsboard/conf/thingsboard.yml file, but it seems to only have one input for address and port.
