    @s093294
    it would be usefull for me with the environment, but if its not there i will find a different path
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    i can add the owin env. i'll go do that now
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    cool.
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    done
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    cool. is build being triggered on checkins?
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    yes
    on myget
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    super i will use that instead then
    btw i saw you used a PropertyValue, do you know if webapi can deserialize to that from a plain form urlencoded post, or do you fix it on client before posting?
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    uhh, wat?
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    nvm :) just me messing around
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    feature request or idea. Would be nice if identity manager did something similar to idsrv when getting claims. Such the phone,email would show as claims. Or alternative on the properties tab, allow the userservice to register additional properties to show in the properties tab
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    you can already define properties that draw their value from anywhere
    the property concept is an abstract thing
    and there's a get/set pair for you to do whatever you want
    you just need to do this in the metadata
    making it easier to build custom metadata is a pain now, tho
    so that needs improvement
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    so its possible with current implementation to get the phone and email fields to show on properties tab?
    or would i need to do a PR with it to get it in
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    yes -- iirc one of the samples hows how to do that
    it might be in the MR or AspId sample hosts... or even in the core in-mem host
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    i will take a look
    any reason why you left out the email verified and phone verified and username in default implementation
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    ahh includeAccountProperties
    or naa that was deault true
    not sure if i found the extension point. seems that i need to rewrite the hole getMetaData method
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    maybe make GetStandardMetadata virtual
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    like i said -- that stuff need some rework
    Poul Kjeldager Sørensen
    @s093294
    okay
    Tim
    @4tron
    how do i add the clientUrl onto the model that is being send to the login form?
    Nikolaj Ivancic
    @adriatic

    @brockallen Dominick pointed me to https://vimeo.com/131636653 -- a presentation that left me nearly speechless. Since we spoke last, the Identity Manager was a lot less "sophisticated" there were no JavaScript libraries you described in this "Oslo talk" and I was a lot less skilled with JavaScript.

    I would like to talk to you about "Authentication and authorization in modern JavaScript web applications" created with Aurelia (http://aurelia.io) when you get a slice of time that you can spend on this.

    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    hey @adriatic. are you looking for consulting support? If so, perhaps email is the best.
    Nikolaj Ivancic
    @adriatic
    Hi Brock - Aurelia is an open source project developed mostly by volunteers (myself included - I am very active member of the Aurelia Community trying hard to help the launch any way I can. While I do expect several projects where I was planning to engage your consulting services, this is not one of them.
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    ah ok. from the initial conversation with Dom it seemed as if this was directly related to a commercial project/product.
    as for the normal free OSS support channels, we prefer the github issue tracker: https://github.com/IdentityModel/oidc-token-manager/
    also, this is the wrong gitter chat room
    since IdentityManager 1) has been moved to here: , and 2) IdentityManager is unrelated to IdentityModel and the JS libraries
    oops, sry, here's the IdMgr link: https://github.com/IdentityManager/
    Nikolaj Ivancic
    @adriatic

    That is indeed a correct extrapolation - I mentioned to Dominick this

    I am working on a state of the art prototype of a complete Aurelia - NodeJS - Mongo/Couchbase stack for one of the large PaaS vendors Identity Management and Account provisioning (in the style provided by Auth0 for example) is the key part of task - and I need open source components based solution.

    Given this augmented context, I am looking for the integration like https://github.com/auth0/auth0-angular - where angular is replaced with aurelia and auth0 with relevant parts of your products

    Dominick pointed me to your talk in Oslo and I really got excited about your solutions. However, before I can propose the whole 9 yards to the partner I am talking to, I want to build a prototype myself
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    sure
    Nikolaj Ivancic
    @adriatic
    Seeing some of your recent pieces (token manager comes to mind) I definitively want to
    1. Install Identity Server on one of my company's servers
    2. Create an Aurelia app that will show the key steps of using your authentication and authorization services as well as account provisioning
    As Aurelia is a bit ahead of the JavaScript mainstream frameworks I do want to make sure that know how to use your JavaScript libraries with ES6 and SystemJS loader which is the world Aurelia lives in
    Brock Allen
    @brockallen
    well, the JS libraries from IdentittyModel do what they do and should be usable from any JS app. if you find issues, feel free to open issues so we can get them fixed.
    ideally i'd have tons of time to rework the libraries in typescripts, but that won't happen anytime soon
    if you need architecture consulting for the commerical projects, you know where to reach me :)
    Nikolaj Ivancic
    @adriatic
    Yes, I do - thanks for the chat, Brock

    @Astimus

    But after start I see error in browser: HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.
