when I transform them to array all of them (2048*2048)'s 2 dims
I collect all of them to make them to be one 3 dims 34_2048
4320482048
4320482048
I collect all of them to make them to be one 3 dims name a
I run a.shape I get (43,2048,2048)
In the same way I get other 3 dims named b
then I transform a and b to 1 dim array
we can to a_1 and b_1
we can call them a_1 and b_1

then I setup a 2 dims array c
c1=a_1
c[0]=a_1
c1=b_1
c1=b_1
next I'd like to do clustering on array c,but I don't know I can't do them directly,what I should do next ?

sorry @wolfbill having trouble understanding you, might be more a numpy problem then thunder, it'd be much easier if you could post a gist (https://gist.github.com/) with what you're trying to do and what exactly the problem is
