welcome @marta-grilo ! your best bet would be to first use a function from scipy.io called loadmat to get your Matlab data into Python, and then go from there, you would use these lines:
from scipy.io import loadmat
dat = loadmat('foo.mat')['var1’]
dat.shape
(250,60,60)
then you could load the array into Thunder like this:
imgs = tsc.loadImagesFromArray(dat)
and finally do the correlation with:
y = loadmat('foo.mat')['var2'].squeeze()
result = imgs.toSeries().correlate(y).pack()
i just tested all that on a little mat file i made that should be like yours
