Hey guys!
I am trying to convert some images into series using tsc.convertImagesToSeries and I can't find a way to do this using my cluster.

The files are in my computer (10.40.11.72) in /home/user/p1.
I am calling it as tsc.convertImagesToSeries(path+'p1/',path+'p2/',inputFormat='tif') where path is ssh://10.40.11.72/home/user/.

I get an error saying that the files don’t exist but it uses the name of the file that I want in the error msg... what am I doing wrong?
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/user/p1/images0000.tif'

@AlexandreLaborde The path provided is added by default after the workspace path, which might be the cause of this error.

E.g. if my python console workspace is '~/' and I tell him to open the file '~/file.txt', python will look for the file '~/~/file.txt' which doesn't exist. Opening the file 'file.txt' would be the good way to go here.
