@freeman-lab running regIms = tsc.loadImages(tmpDir + '*_reg.tif', ext = '.tif') gives me this: ValueError: Image dimensions must be specified either as argument or in a conf.json file

that’s going away in the new version, which is why i was confused =)
you’ll have methods like from_tif, from_png etc
more explicit

@freeman-lab Just wanted to follow up regarding my problem loading the binary files from the examples. Is this likely a problem from my cluster being built on Hadoop2.6, or is there something else I am likely doing wrong. Would it be helpful for me to put together an IPython notebook to share showing the actual errors?
