I'm running into an AttributeError when working through the series tutorial. Specifically, statements such as data = tsc.loadExample('mouse-series') generate the error message AttributeError: 'SparkContext' object has no attribute 'binaryRecords'. I installed Thunder via Anaconda on my Ubuntu 14.04 laptop, along with the recommended pre-built version of Spark 1.1.0. Everything else I've tried works. What am I missing? Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@lilumb we might need to update that recommendation for Spark, as that’s a pretty old version. I would recommend trying it again with Spark 1.5. You can download it here: http://spark.apache.org/downloads.html. Make sure to get the “prebuild for Hadoop 1.X” version.

@jwittenbach Wonderful! I would prefer to make use of a more-recent version of Spark. Thanks!

@jwittenbach Updating to Spark 1.5.1 eliminates this error. Thank you!
