@tbiemond
(side note: to do a 3-column modal form, i've used the Bootstrap grid (row / col-md-4) - if you have any suggestion to do that differently / with TS UI components, pls let me know)
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
Could you make an issue on GitHub about this so we can pass it on to the designers?
tbiemond
@tbiemond
sure, will do
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
we only support 2 columns for form fields at the moment
tbiemond
@tbiemond
do you know how to do so, as it didn't seem obvious from the doc ?
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
You can see it on this page: http://ui.tradeshift.com/dist/components/forms/redesign.html just click on multi
tbiemond
@tbiemond
okay great, had not yet found this
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
it’s undocumented right now, but it totally works
tbiemond
@tbiemond
2 cols is great
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
this is a secret page, because we only have the markup and none of the documentation text
tbiemond
@tbiemond
thx for the quick & useful reply Daniel!
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
no problem
how does ts.ui work together with bootstrap?
I imagine there’s a lot of conflicting css rules at the reset level
tbiemond
@tbiemond
with ts.ui <=5.x it works pretty well, but i'm only just beginning to work with 7.x
in general so far we've been mixing ts.ui and Bootstrap without major issues
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
@tbiemond if you omit the data-ts=“Main” tag completely, the full width will be available
tbiemond
@tbiemond
@sampi that works great, many thanks!

Tradeshift UI v7.2.0 - Lovable Modal Icons has been released!
Changelog: https://github.com/Tradeshift/tradeshift-ui/releases/tag/v7.2.0
Documentation site: http://ui.tradeshift.com/
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
v8.2.0 is out, not a lot of changes that affect developers but now we’re using Bézier curves in our timing functions https://github.com/Tradeshift/tradeshift-ui/releases/tag/v8.2.0
Asaf Nachmany
@asafiniu
Hi y'all! I added a new issue. Couldn't assign the right label for some reason so the enhancement is on the title. Thanks! Tradeshift/tradeshift-ui#335
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
The latest release is v9.0.5, check it out! https://github.com/Tradeshift/tradeshift-ui/releases/tag/v9.0.5
New Footer and everything!
@asafiniu sorry for the late response, it’s vacation season =)
We’ve added it to our backlog and will try to deal with the ticket as fast as we can, we’ll post on the issue itself if we can tell you more about timing.
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
Don’t use 9.2.2, the icon fonts are broken, releasing fix within 5 minutes
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
v9.2.3 is out and fixed the issue, crisis averted.
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
Is anybody listening? Do we still need this channel or is communication through github issues and releases enough?
Asaf Nachmany
@asafiniu
@sampi why not converge all comm to Slack? I mean, I did get this notification and, well, here I am responding... but maybe Slack is better?
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
That makes sense for internal communication, I was hoping more third parties would join, but nobody has answered yet. We'll think about closing this down this week.
tbiemond
@tbiemond
Github seems good enough
Daniel Spitzer
@sampi
So we’re officially closing the Gitter channel and will take requests on Github Issues.
tbiemond
@tbiemond
Okay fine
