Hi, I am trying to use partials but need to build up the partial location: /going/to/be/here/{{now}}
I realize this is not allowed but how else to implement this
Martin Kouba
@mkouba
Hi @snayaksho, I think the easiest way would be to create a custom helper similar to the built-in IncludeHelper but concatenating the params before calling Options.partial().
Martin Kouba
@mkouba
Actually, it would be a nice enhancement of IncludeHelper - I've created trimou/trimou#88

Thank you!!

@snayaksho you're welcome. Any feedback is appreciated! ;-)

We are using the org.trimou.spring.web.view.TrimouViewResolver and want to Register the Trimou provided Helpers which are not registered by default. /code <bean id="mustacheEngineBuilder" class="org.trimou.engine.MustacheEngineBuilder">
<property name="mustacheEngine" ref="mustacheEngine" />
</bean>
<bean id="mustacheEngine" class="org.trimou.engine.DefaultMustacheEngine">
<constructor-arg ref="mustacheEngineBuilder"></constructor-arg>
</bean>
How do we register the Helpers?
Martin Kouba
@mkouba
@snayaksho I'm not the original author of spring-mvc extension nor a spring expert but you should be able to set the additional helpers to be registered with TrimouViewResolver.setHelpers() and org.trimou.handlebars.HelpersBuilder.extra(). You should probably ask the original author - https://github.com/Pitzcarraldo

@ArtemZ
Hello! What is the last version of trimou that supports java 1.7?
Martin Kouba
@mkouba
@ArtemZ Hi, it's 1.8.4.Final.

what up friends.
any helpers to assist with input form generation / validation / error displays?
Martin Kouba
@mkouba
@rossiadam_twitter Trimou is not a web framework. So similar helpers would have to be bound to a specific technology. Feel free to create a feature request if you have an interesting idea for an extension... https://github.com/trimou/trimou/issues
