je suis mahdi noticed overpass has possibility of "download/copy as umap remote data url" but no idea how to use it, is there some doc? I read above links in this chat but those don't seem to work either/don't know how to add them to umap, thanks

sounds good, but just a note: "dynamic" is useless in this case, it will reload the data each time the map view change, which only makes sense if the request itself depends on the map view

I'm still not clear what exactly "dynamic" does. Is it really "zoom and we will run the query again" or "move the map to an area you didnt load yet and we will run query again"

each time the view change, the query is run again

so if the URL contains parameters, like {bbox} or {lat}, {lng}, {east}, {north} and so on, so the data loaded will be according to the current view

Suggestion: "dynamic" is usefull for queries that contain variables related to the map view (like {bbox}, {east}, {north}, {lat}, {lng}…)

if the URL does not contain any of those variable, then it means that the data this URL will return is always the same, and thus there is no mean to reload it any time the map view changes

Hi @mahdi1234:matrix.org, we are the only two survivors on the same island!I However understand perfectly, Microsoft's acquisition of GitHub doesn't like me at all either. Anyway, do you know any other "island" most populated, where to talk around uMap? :-D
